Final Analysis
From all indications, the Toro 51599 Ultra variable-speed electric blower is well engineered and designed. It does a good job of balancing air speed with air volume to produce an efficient combination of power and performance—something not seen in other blowers.
Its versatility of serving as a blower, vacuum and impeller also comes in very handy and makes the job easier. What’s more, the impeller can also be used to produce mulch which can also be used as manure around your garden.
It’s also very affordable and gives value for money. The only downside is that it’s not cordless.
